Welcome to The Phelps County Community Foundation Universal Scholarship Application. This one application determines your eligibility for over 90 different scholarship opportunities based on the information you provide.

HOW TO APPLY:

• Complete the universal application below to be paired with scholarships you are eligible for.
• Send requests for all required third-party uploads (references, transcripts, ect.) well in advance of the February 15th deadline.
• Hit submit and review the opportunities listed on your dashboard that you can apply for.
• Some scholarships require additional information (essays, additional references ect.) so be sure to go to your dashboard and click on each scholarship opportunity you are paired with, provide any requested info, and hit submit. After you press Submit, you will be able to view the status of your application and the answers you gave, but you will NOT be able to edit it.
• Be sure to check the email address you provided often. All communication regarding your application will be by email.
