2026 Scholarship Application
Description
Undergraduate scholarships are available to students currently enrolled in a state-approved nursing program leading to an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN), Diploma in Nursing (hospital-based nursing program), Direct-Entry Master’s degree, RN to BSN/MSN Degrees, LPN/LVN to RN, or Accelerated BSN (12-18 Month Program). Funds are not available for graduate study unless it is for a first degree in nursing.
Selection Process
Please have the following required documents completed and uploaded:
Unofficial Transcript
The school Financial Aid Representative must complete the Financial Aid Certification Form.
A Faculty Member of your program must complete the Faculty Member Certification Form.
Acceptance Letter (only for applicants transferring to another school within the 2026/2027 academic year)
Nursing License (only for applicants in an RN-BSN or RN-MSN program)

Selection
Scholars are selected based on academic achievement, financial need, involvement in nursing student organizations, and community activities related to health care. The Selection Committee does not accept separate documents after the application has been received.
Timeline
Scholarships are awarded in the spring of 2026 for use in the summer of 2026 and the 2026-27 academic year.
Scholarship Award
All checks are made payable to the school towards the account of the nursing student. The scholarship award will be used to offset the cost of tuition, academic fees, and books only. Funds not used by the end of the scholarship funding period are to be returned to FNSNA.
