2026 UCON Scholarship Awards Program
Description
Invest in Your Future with UCON's Scholarship Program! If you're a UCON member affiliate (employee, spouse, registered domestic partner, or dependent), you are eligible to apply under any major or school. We are also accepting applications from California college students (with no relation to UCON) who major in construction management or civil engineering.
To apply:
Complete this application with your personal, academic, and financial information
Be prepared to write an essay from a select list of questions
Include one letter of recommendation from a teacher, mentor, employer, etc.
Qualifications
Must be a United Contractors member affiliate (employee, spouse, or dependent) who is a high school senior or currently attending college—this includes all majors and trades.
Applicants may also be students pursuing a major in civil engineering or construction management at a college located in California (UCON affiliation is not required).
Students enrolled in heavy construction trade schools in California are also eligible (no UCON affiliation necessary).
Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
Please note: International students are not eligible for this scholarship. Past winners are not eligible to apply. Must graduate in 2026 or later.
