Arctic Education Foundation Youth Culture Camp Application

Introduction

Parents, please submit one application per child you would like to register for the camp. Please note, submitting an application does not guarantee their attendance. Our camp size is limited to 30 youth participants, and we generally reserve at least 3 spots per community to ensure youth from each community have a fair chance of attending from across the region. New applicants are given priority over those who have attended the camp in previous years. If for any reason a child resigns from the camp, we will randomly select youth to fill the open spot.

Once the application closes on May 15, 2026, our team will review and go through a random selection process for this year's campers. We will notify the parents of selected applicants and move forward with arranging their travel and accommodations.

This year, our camp will be held from July 19-31, 2026. We're excited to share that we will be returning to Tatchim Isua (Peard Bay), where Charles and Michelle Hopson will host the camp around their family cabin.

Please direct any questions or concerns about the camp to AEF Cultural Program Manager, Trina Paul, by email [email protected] or by phone at (907) 852-0512.
