Congratulations!
On or before June 8th, you will need to officially accept your award on the first page of this form! You will have until August 1st to complete the rest of the form (your college information). Be aware that the longer you wait, the longer it will take for your scholarship to arrive at your school.

Qualifications
You must plan on attending a trade school, college, or university for the Fall 2026 semester.
REMINDERS:
-If you are delaying your enrollment until the Spring of 2027, please let us know. We cannot hold your funds for a gap year or beyond February 1st, 2027.
-If you have decided to enlist in the military, you will not be eligible to receive an award.
