Welcome to the Bibliographical Society of America’s Fellowship Application form. Please carefully read the information below to ensure that you are prepared to submit your materials, including the recommendation letter, on time. The deadline for submitting applications for fellowships to be awarded in 2026 is Wednesday 3 December 2025.
You can start your Kaleidoscope application at any time, save your progress as you go, and review your materials before submitting. We urge applicants to start the form, and especially to input information about your recommender as soon as possible. Your recommender will receive an automated prompt with instructions after you submit their names into the form; it is your responsibility to ensure that their recommendation is received by the deadline of Wednesday 3 December 2025.
