Welcome to the C.A.R. Leadership Academy application!
Thank you for your interest in joining this program designed to empower California REALTORS® to maximize their leadership potential. The Academy aims to foster a diverse community of leaders who are committed to driving positive change and advocating for the interests of REALTORS®.

Please complete all sections of this application to the best of your ability. We encourage you to be open, thoughtful, and detailed, as complete applications are essential to the selection process. Incomplete applications may not be considered.

The selection committee values authenticity and encourages specific, personal examples rather than generic AI-generated responses.

Note on Selection Process: While participation in the Academy is a significant leadership opportunity, it does not guarantee a future leadership position with your local association or C.A.R. The focus is on personal and professional development through leadership training, rather than on training for specific titles or roles.

Repeated tardiness or failure to attend sessions may result in removal from the program.

  • Excused Absence Policy: An excused absence may be granted under exceptional circumstances, such as a family emergency or sudden illness. If an excused absence is granted, the participant may be provided with a make-up option to ensure they receive all the necessary training.
