The Crane Creek Employee Scholarship Fund offers education scholarships to current employees of Crane Creek Country Club. The main purpose of the Crane Creek Employee Scholarship Fund is to provide educational opportunities for eligible high school and college students to pursue their career goals. We also encourage students of any age to continue their education beyond high school to provide better employment opportunities.

Scholarship Eligibility Requirements

 

To be eligible for a scholarship, all applicants must be:

  • Employed during the Summer 2026 or longer;

  • Worked a minimum of 10 weeks and at least 300 hours in 2026, between May 2026 to September 2026;

  • In good standing and embody the values of Crane Creek Country Club

 

To apply for post-secondary education scholarship, applicants:

  1. Must be a graduate from an accredited high school or have a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) from an accredited institution. Applications from both graduating high school seniors and existing college undergraduates are welcomed and encouraged.

  2. Must have applied to or have qualified for entrance during the Fall 2026 through/or Spring 2027 terms to an accredited two or four-year college, trade school or certification program in the United States wherein a degree or certificate of completion can be earned.

  3. Applicants seeking their first Associate, Bachelor, Master, Certificate or Credential degree will be eligible to apply. Professional Development Certifications will be accepted at the discretion of Desert Scholarship Foundation and also referred to club management for consideration.

  4. Must remain actively enrolled and maintain a 2.8 cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA), or better.

  5. All criteria will be reviewed and approved by the committee on an annual basis.

Non-renewable Scholarship:

  1. The scholarship is valid only for the academic school year in which the applicant applied, or received an award. This scholarship is not renewable. No holdover or guarantee of any kind is made for a scholarship award in any future academic year. The applicant is solely responsible for completing an application and meeting all the deadlines if they wish to be considered for scholarship.

  2. Every person must apply annually for this scholarship opportunity and meet the eligibility requirements at the time of application submission. We encourage previous award recipients to apply annually.

  3. Scholarship Awards are limited to no more than 5 per individual student.
