Germantown Community Scholarship Fund Application 2025-2026

Description

The GCSF Scholarship Committee is pleased that you will be participating in this year’s application process. Since the organization’s inception in 1981, over $3.5 million has been awarded in scholarships to more than 3,100 deserving seniors. Annually, we average 140 applications from Germantown high school seniors.


Germantown Community Scholarship Fund, Inc. is an exempt organization under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code and was formed in 1981 to help local students continue their education at a college, university, or vocational/technical school. Scholarships are funded from donations by businesses, service organizations and individuals.

Selection Process

The following guidelines must be met at the time of application for a student to be considered for a scholarship:

 

  1. Student must be enrolled at Germantown High School OR be a legal resident of the town or village of Germantown. The village of Germantown boundaries:
  2. North – N144 Pioneer Road
  3. South – N96 County Line Road
  4. West – W220 Town Line, Amy Bell, Shadow Land
  5. East – W124 Wausaukee Road
  6. Parts of Richfield, Town of Polk, Town of Jackson, Polk and Hubertus are not part of the village or town of Germantown.
  7. Student must be enrolled in his/her senior year of high school with projected graduation by June 30th of the year of application
  8. Student must complete all sections of the Germantown Scholarship Application.

The Germantown Community Scholarship Fund, Inc. is a non-profit organization whose primary purpose is to award scholarships to qualifying Germantown School District students pursuing higher education. The Fund also serves to establish an endowment to fund future scholarship awards and to recognize the needs of classroom teachers and schools through grants and other financial support.
