Impact on Education Scholarship Application 2026

Introduction

Impact on Education is the foundation supporting 27,000 students and 4000 educators in the Boulder Valley School District. Since 1983, we've provided supplemental funding and resources to students and educators in order to expand what's possible in education. Impact on Education administers a variety of scholarships to help graduates of the Boulder Valley School District pay for college, community college, and trade school educations.

2026 Scholarships

Dennie & Donna Wise Scholarship--$1,000--Renewable for 2 years, the Wise scholarship is for BVSD graduates planning to pursue vocational, technical, or community college education.

Earl & Barbara Bolton Scholarship--$5,000-- Renewable for 4 years, the Bolton scholarship is for BVSD graduates, with financial eligibility, planning to pursue engineering, forestry, nursing, or medicine at a Colorado university, college, or community college.

Gould Scholarship--$2,500--Non-renewable, the Gould Scholarship is for Boulder High School graduates planning to pursue a degree in education.

Houston Scholarship--$10,000--Renewable for 4 years, the Houston scholarship is for BVSD graduates planning to attend a Colorado university, who might not otherwise be able to attend college without the financial support of a scholarship.

Jeff Howenstein Panther Scholarship--$1,000--Renewable for 4 years, the Howenstein scholarship is for Boulder High School graduates of the AVID program

New Vista Scholarship--$5,000--Renewable for 4 years, the New Vista scholarship is for New Vista graduates who represent the mission and values of New Vista High School
