Oliveira Post-Secondary STEM Scholarship 2026-2027
Introduction
The Oliveira Scholarship Foundation funds students who are currently majoring in or plan to major in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) field of study. Applicants must submit a completed application by March 15, 2026.
This application applies to
Returning Oliveira scholars who are eligible to reapply for renewal of their scholarship each year.
Qualified, current post-secondary students from the Minneapolis / St. Paul area that are enrolled in a STEM related post-secondary program. It’s never too late to become an Oliveira Scholar!

Scholarship Ranges
Sophomores (2-Year Program) - $2,000
Sophomores (4-Year Program) - $4,000
Juniors - $4,000-$6,000
Seniors - $6,000-$8,000
Scholarships apply only to tuition, room and board expenses.
Qualifications
Students must plan to attend a post-secondary institution within the United States for the scholarship year they are applying for and major in a STEM related course of study.
Students must have graduated from a Minneapolis / St. Paul area high school.
Students must demonstrate a family Adjusted Gross Income of $180,000 or less.
Students must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on 4.0 scale in a STEM related field of course work.
