PENTA CARES Scholarship Application 2025
Description
The PENTA CARES Foundation awards three scholarships to students enrolled in an accredited construction or construction engineering program.
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must have a 3.0 GPA or higher and be:
A high school senior or undergraduate freshman with less than 24 credits
Attending or planning on attending University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV), Arizona State University (ASU), or an accredited Southern California University
Majoring or planning on majoring in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a similar major.
Able and willing to participate in a paid internship with PENTA Building Group in Las Vegas, Southern California, or Phoenix for at least one summer before graduation.
The mission of The PENTA CARES Foundation, the giving arm of The PENTA Building Group - a commercial general contractor, is to increase the impact PENTA's employees, family, and friends have within the communities where we live and work. In doing so, we build relationships between employees, family members, and trade partners who might not otherwise have worked alongside each other, therefore strengthening PENTA's culture of caring.

About The Sponsor
Since our inception, The PENTA Building Group's employees have donated thousands of hours of personal time to help those in need in our communities. For PENTA, giving back has taken many forms. Corporately, PENTA has donated $9 Million dollars in cash to various nonprofit organizations. At the project level, our teams continue to donate money and services to the neighborhoods and communities surrounding their projects. Personally, our employees are constantly answering the call to fulfill the various toy, school supply, and other drives during the year.
