The PENTA CARES Foundation Scholarship
The PENTA CARES Foundation awards three scholarships each year to students pursuing degrees in construction-related fields. Since 2009, we’ve proudly awarded over $700,000 in scholarships, with 56% awarded to minority students and 44% to female students, reflecting our commitment to building a more inclusive future in construction.
Award Amount: $5,000 – $20,000
Eligibility Requirements:
To be considered, applicants must:
Have a 3.0 GPA or higher
Be a high school senior or undergraduate freshman with fewer than 24 credits
Attend or plan to attend University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV), or an accredited university in Arizona or Southern California
Major (or plan to major) in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Be able and willing to participate in a paid internship with The PENTA Building Group in Las Vegas, Southern California, or Phoenix for at least one summer before graduation
