Scholarships Plus provided nearly $6.7 million dollars in college scholarships this year to help students pursue their dreams of attending college or vocational school. We award more than 1,000 scholarships each year to help high school seniors and college-enrolled students pursue post-secondary education.

Welcome to the application for The Public Education Foundation General Application 2026-2027. This general application collects the information needed to determine which scholarship opportunities you qualify for.
Please follow the instruction below carefully in order to apply.
Log into Kaleidoscope using your personal email address. DO NOT LIST YOUR CCSD OR HIGH SCHOOL EMAIL ADDRESS. This address will expire when you graduate and we will not be able to reach you to notify you of next steps or awards.
Complete the general application as soon as possible. Once you click Submit on this general application, you will be shown a list of scholarships that you qualify for.
Review the scholarship you'd like to apply for and click to Apply.
Fill out the additional materials for the scholarship and click to Submit.
Continue to submit additional materials for any opportunities you'd like to apply for.
Please keep in mind that some scholarship deadlines may occur before the deadline for the general application on February 2nd 2027. Please complete your general application as soon as possible to view all scholarship opportunities available to you.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN the general application, we recommend that you complete and save to your device:
A resume
An unofficial transcript
A letter of recommendation
And a financial need letter.
