2026-2027 RRISD Partners in Education Foundation Common Scholarship
Description
The Round Rock ISD Partners in Education Foundation was founded in 1985 when leaders from the Round Rock Chamber of Commerce, Greater North West Austin Chamber of Commerce, RRISD Council of PTA’s and Round Rock ISD Administration joined forces to uphold and encourage excellence in education through the direct involvement and support of local businesses and community organizations. With the help of our community partners, the Foundation has given over $11.4 million in support over the past 25 years.
The Partners in Education Foundation encourages academic excellence in the Round Rock Independent School District schools by:
Providing funds for innovative academic programs.
Providing an avenue for business and community members to enhance the education process.
Acknowledging and rewarding exemplary teaching.
Promoting public awareness and celebrating successful programs and the achievement of excellence.
Qualifications
To be eligible for a Round Rock ISD Partners in Education Foundation scholarship, you must be a current Round Rock ISD Senior.
Selection Process
Applications are reviewed blindly by the family or business awarding the scholarship, meaning all identifying information is removed from the application during the review process. Students selected to receive a scholarship will be notified of their award by late February.
Each year, the Foundation hosts a Scholarship Reception in early April, providing an opportunity for scholarship recipients to meet the family or business that awarded their scholarship and celebrate their achievement.
