Juniors and Seniors enrolled in Civil Engineering departments at University of the Pacific, University of California Davis, or California State University, Sacramento intending to pursue a career in Transportation are invited to apply.
Tim Fleming was a Senior Vice President and the Northern California/Pacific Area Manager for HDR based in Folsom. He passed away unexpected in 2010. Tim, who understood the importance of training younger people and providing them with exceptional role models, leaves a legacy of giving back to the industry. CTF is proud to award this scholarship in his name.
