Technical School Scholarship 2026

The Viner Scholarship is designed for students of character who are committed to succeeding. We seek individuals who will thrive and return to make a positive impact in their communities. Our comprehensive program offers the support, mentorship, and resources needed to help students achieve their full potential. We are invested in your success every step of the way, and our goal is for you to graduate debt-free.

The Technical College Scholarship is a last-dollar award designed to support students pursuing trade, technical, and workforce training programs at PBSC. The scholarship is structured to meet each student’s demonstrated financial need and may be used toward eligible educational and program-related expenses throughout the duration of their training.

In addition to financial assistance, scholars are paired with a mentor who provides individualized guidance, career support, and encouragement as they progress through their program and prepare to enter the workforce. Scholars also have access to a broad range of community resources, including support services such as medical care, legal assistance, and other critical needs that may arise.

The Viner Scholars program is committed to removing barriers to completion and equipping students with the support, stability, and resources necessary to successfully complete their training and transition into meaningful, sustainable careers.

This scholarship is sponsored by Boca West Children's Foundation.

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:

1. Currently be a high school senior at Atlantic High School

2. Have a minimum 2.0 unweighted GPA

3. Plan to attend a workforce training program at PBSC

4. Demonstrate financial need

   • You would not be eligible, if your family income is $100,000+ or if you are already receiving financial aid from FAFSA and scholarships that is in excess of your total program costs.

5. Be either a U.S. citizen or have the necessary legal documentation to reside and study in the United States

1. Applications open December 8 - March 8

2. At the end of March, applicants will be notified if they are selected for an interview

3. In April, selected applicants will attend an interview

4. In May, final selections will be made and applicants will be informed
