2026 Redwood Foundation Trade School Scholarship Application

Description

The Redwood Trade Scholarship Application is open to graduating high school seniors living in Josephine County or attending one of the following high schools: Grants Pass, Hidden Valley, North Valley, Illinois Valley, Rogue River and Glendale. Through one application, you can apply for at least 15 different scholarships and $50,000 or more in awards.

Selection Process

Through one general application, you may be eligible for one or more of the trade-specific scholarships administered by the Redwood Foundation for Education. Scholarship criteria vary and are based upon a variety of factors that may include: future educational plans, work ethic, character, leadership, academics, community service, etc. For a list of the individual scholarships, use the following link: High School Trade Scholarship List

About Redwood Foundation for Education

The Redwood Foundation for Education provides scholarships and grants to students in schools throughout Southern Oregon. Awards are based on demonstrated leadership and co-curricular activities, academics and need, and are funded by donations from individuals, businesses, service clubs and class alumni.

Founded in 1964 as the Josephine County Educational Fund, Inc. (JCEF), in 2022, after more than five decades of growth, the organization changed its name to recognize its expanded service area and scope. Today, the Redwood Foundation for Education manages over 250 individual funds and more than $12 million in assets. In 2025, we awarded $922,105 in scholarships to students throughout Josephine County and Southern Oregon.
