• NPHF/Procter & Gamble Community Service Personal Statement

• Community, School and/or Professional Service Activities Timeline



Applicants will be notified of decision by January 21, 2026. 

The NPHF/Procter & Gamble Community Service Endowed Scholarship is awarded to a nurse practitioner graduate student enrolled in a Master's, DNP or PhD program who has made significant positive contributions in the community, in providing patient care for underserved and/or multi-cultural groups or communities, and reducing healthcare disparities while in the pursuit of an advanced degree. One scholarship in the amount of $1,000.00 will be awarded.

Selection Process

  • Nurse Practitioner Graduate Student
  • U.S. citizen or a permanent U.S. resident
  • Not a member of the NPHF Board of Trustees, or a relative of a member of the NPHF Board
  • Not an employee or a relative of an employee of the grant funder
  • Has not received an NPHF scholarship or award in the past

The Nurse Practitioner Healthcare Foundation (NPHF) provides grant funding to support NP graduate students as well as NP clinicians through scholarship and award programs for research, advances in clinical practice, and patient education. Encouraging research and innovation in NP practice, in addition to helping NP graduate students attain their degrees, are key focal points of the NPHF.
