Please complete all sections of this application to the best of your ability. We encourage you to be open, thoughtful, and detailed, as complete applications are essential to the selection process. Incomplete applications may not be considered.
The selection committee values authenticity and encourages specific, personal examples rather than generic AI-generated responses.

At least five of nine 1-hour virtual group coaching sessions (offered monthly)
Capstone Group Collaboration: Participants will be assigned to small Capstone groups that will work together on a final group project presented at the end of the program. Group members are expected to meet periodically outside of scheduled sessions to collaborate, contribute ideas, and prepare their final presentation.

C.A.R. will cover travel expenses for participants attending the Leadership EDGE Conference from October 28–30, 2025, including round-trip transportation (up to a specified amount), a two-night hotel stay, and conference registration. Registration will be arranged by C.A.R.
