At Broadview Federal Credit Union, we believe in the power of education to transform lives and strengthen communities. That’s why we are offering 30 educator grants of $500 each this fall – to help local teachers bring meaningful, engaging experiences to their classrooms. It’s our way of giving back to the teachers who make a lasting impact on our students and communities. Together, we can invest in brighter futures, one classroom at a time.
Classroom Enrichment Grant
Please complete the following application in full, with attention to the required fields.
Classroom Enrichment Grants are valued at $500 and can be used for:
Enhancement of curriculum
Experimental learning
Hands-on learning
Materials needed in the classroom for ongoing learning and enrichment
Grants will not be awarded for the following:
Fees or travel associated with professional conferences, workshops, or competitions
Travel associated with field trips
Promotional materials (t-shirts, etc.)
Personal use

Applicant Criteria
Applicants must be a K-12 classroom teacher or special area teacher in a school, home-school or BOCES in Broadview’s membership footprint (Capital Region, Buffalo, Binghamton or Syracuse areas) for the 25’-26’ school year.
Individual applicants are not required to be members of Broadview to apply for a grant but will be required to be a Broadview member to receive grant winnings.
Eligibility
Schools from within the same school district may apply for the Classroom Enrichment grant.
Educators within the same individual school community are welcome to apply and will be eligible for grant consideration.
Selection Process
Selection
Applications will be reviewed and ranked on classroom purpose, overall ability to enrich the student experience, outcomes and supporting data. Applications must be completed in full to be considered.
A select panel of Broadview employees will review applications anonymously.
Thirty teachers will be selected to win a $500 Classroom Enrichment grant and notified in the fall of 2025.
