Coupeville Lions Club Scholarship Application 2026

Introduction

The Coupeville Lions Club Scholarship program supports well-rounded Coupeville students who demonstrate community involvement, academic achievement, and financial need as they pursue post-secondary education.

Description

The Coupeville Lions Club Scholarship program supports well-rounded students who are actively engaged in their school and community. Scholarships are awarded based on community service, school activities, academic achievement, and financial need. This application will also ask about your plans for post-secondary education, your involvement in activities such as Leos, and your goals for the future, so the committee can get to know you as a whole person. Over the past five years, we have awarded an average total of $40,000 per year, divided among 20 to 25 scholarships.

Qualifications

Eligibility for this scholarship is based on residency, enrollment status, and graduation year.

  • Applicants must reside within the Coupeville School District.

  • Eligible students include those attending public, private, alternative, or home schools, as well as Running Start participants.

  • Applicants must be graduating in 2026, and plan to enroll in college before March 1, 2027.

  • Students who graduated in 2025 but did not enroll in college before March 1, 2026 may also apply for the 2026 scholarship.

Some scholarships are specifically designated for students who:
