Description
Staff Scholarships (ranging from $100 to $1,000) will be awarded to Denton
Independent School District staff who wish to attend workshops, conferences, or seminars to enhance educational opportunities, enroll in courses for either college credit or special certification and will participate in these activities between September 2025 and August 1, 2026.
These are for classes/seminars/conferences that develop the individual teacher. If you are interested in items to support your students, please apply for one of the two grant programs that we offer. More information can be found HERE. Funds can not be used to cover substitute pay while the staff member is away.

The Denton Public School Foundation is a non-profit 501(C)(3) corporation whose mission is to raise funds for scholarships, grants and other programs in support of the students and staff of Denton ISD. Since 1995, through support from business and community donors, the Foundation has given more than $3.5 million in teacher grants and programs and more than $1.5 million dollars awarded to graduating DISD seniors.
