2025-26 Educational Scholarship Application
Introduction
Since 1989, UnitedAg has been awarding scholarships to its members to provide financial assistance, business skills and leadership development to advance the educational goals of members, their employees and their employees’ dependents (children and grandchildren). In 2000, the Agribusiness Education Foundation (AEF), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, was developed and has since awarded over $2 million in grants to over 1,200 students seeking educational, post-secondary and vocational funding.
Description
The Educational Scholarship Program is exclusive to students affiliated with active UnitedAg member companies (Regular or Associate level) in any major of study, the program offers financial assistance to students seeking degrees at the college/university levels. This year, forty scholarships will be awarded a total of $86,000 in grants. Applications are currently open and will close on December 31, 2025.

Three letters of recommendation written in 2025
Transcripts (Minimum 2.5 GPA)
Video personal statement (No more than 3 minutes long)
Essay Question: Immigrant farm labor is crucial for the survival of the agricultural industry in the United States. What do you think is the greatest hurdle agricultural employers face when it comes to finding adequate farm labor? If you could propose new immigration reform legislation for the agricultural industry, what would it be?
Qualifications
All applicants must be affiliated with an active UnitedAg member company (Regular or Associate level) either as self, spouse, child or grandchild of the employee. They must submit all the documentation mentioned in the section above and have a minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher (current term). No exceptions will be made.
Selection Process
The Education Committee, comprised of nine agricultural leaders, will begin reviewing all applications at the start of the new year. Scholarship recipients will be announced in March. Stay tuned!
