The Fine Homebuilding #KeepCraftAliveScholarship 2025
Description
In partnership with SkillsUSA, Fine Homebuilding, along with support from its audience and corporate partners Pella Windows & Doors and Feeney, makes this annual scholarship investment to empower and encourage the next generation of young men and women to follow their passions for construction-related careers. Through its #KeepCraftAlive program, Fine Homebuilding remains committed to igniting a resurgence of and appreciation for craft in residential design and construction, in an effort to inspire the building of the best homes possible, in the best way possible.
“We are thrilled to be able to support another class of #KeepCraftAlive Scholarship recipients at time when the residential building market needs them the most. The demand for qualified and skilled building professionals remains high in order to keep pace with the market. It’s these students who will not only go on to fulfill much-needed and rewarding careers in construction, but who also show the promise of leadership, and that is what is needed most in the industry right now—leaders on the job site and leaders who develop competitive businesses centered on professionalism and the well-being of the craftspeople in the field.” - Rob Yagrid, Executive Director of #KeepCraftAlive
