Michigan Petroleum Education Foundation Scholarship Program 2026

Introduction

The Michigan Petroleum Association and Michigan Association of Convenience Stores (MPA/MACS) is pleased to offer the Michigan Petroleum Education Foundation (MiPEF) Scholarship Program designed as a service to assist employees and children or spouses of employees of member companies. The MiPEF Scholarship Program provides scholarships to students attending college or vocational programs at any accredited post-secondary institution.

Description

The program is offering a total of six $2500 scholarships totaling $15,000. There are four $2500 scholarships for any college or university and two $2500 scholarships for any trucking driving school.

Qualifications

Employees, children of employees or spouses of employees of MPA/MACS Members. The Applicant’s employer must be an MPA/MACS member in good standing as of the application deadline. High school seniors or graduates and college undergraduates who are enrolled or who will be enrolled in a full-time* undergraduate course of study at an accredited public or private two or four year college, university, vocational-technical school or truck driving school are eligible.

Selection Process

The program is administered by Kaleidoscope scholarship and grant platform. Awards will be granted without regard to race, color, creed, sex, disability, national origin, or financial need. Scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of academic record, leadership, potential to succeed, participation in community and school activities, honors and work experience.
