Pasadena Livestock Show and Rodeo Scholarship Program 2026

Description

The Pasadena Livestock Show and Rodeo will award scholarships to students from area high schools (Deer Park ISD, Pasadena ISD, La Porte ISD, Clear Creek ISD, and Galena Park ISD). These scholarships may be used to pay for tuition, books, and other school-related fees and expenses while attending a College, University, Jr. College, or technical/trade school. Please refer to the following application forms for additional information about our Scholarship programs.

OMISSION OF INFORMATION MAY PREVENT CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION.

Selection of the scholarship recipients will be made by the Rodeo Scholarship Committee based on the applicant’s grades, need, and participation in agriculture projects as well as leadership skills and goals of the candidate.

Scholarship funds must be used within eighteen (18) months of the award, or the scholarship will terminate. Once initiated, any remaining scholarship funds will be forfeited if inactive beyond two (2) regular semesters. If a valid reason exists for failing to activate the scholarship within the prescribed time (or if forfeited due to inactivity), it is the student's responsibility to petition the Scholarship Committee for an extension. Scholarships will cover tuition, books, and other school-related fees and expenses; payment will be made by the Pasadena Livestock Show & Rodeo within two weeks after receipt of proper proof-of-payment documentation.

Reimbursement will be made only during the current semester; documents presented for a previous semester will not be honored.
