PTEF 2025-2026 Traditional Grant Application

Description

The Port Townsend Education Foundation is now accepting grant applications for the 2025-2026 academic school year. Any PTSD employee may apply for these funds and an employee can submit multiple applications. Since we have limited funds to distribute this year, the maximum request for Traditional Grant applications is $5,000. Each application will be reviewed individually based upon criteria described on the PTEF website.

Things to note about the online process:

  • All questions must be answered for the application to be considered.

  • All requirements for applying for a PTEF grant are done within the Kaleidoscope online grant platform.

  • The application deadline is September 21st by 11:59 PM

The PTEF Grant Committee will meet early in October to select grants. Teachers and staff will be notified by mid-October and funds will be released soon after. The deadline for use of the awarded funds and grant evaluation for supplies is May 1. The deadline for use of funds and grant evaluations for culminating experiences and field trips that often occur after the first of May is the last day of the school year.

If you run into questions or issues with the application process, please email us at [email protected].

The mission of Port Townsend Education Foundation is to secure resources and award grants that inspire students and support teachers in the Port Townsend School District.
