Pearl Elegance Foundation Scholarship 2026
Description
The Pearl Elegance Foundation Scholarship is an academic scholarship designed for students who demonstrate high academic achievement, service to the community, and exceptional potential. It is open to high school seniors and undergraduate students with permanent residency in the State of Maryland.
Pearl Elegance Foundation, Incorporated (PEFINC), a non-profit 501(c)3 charity, was established in 2014 in the state of Maryland. PEFINC is a direct out-growth of the Psi Epsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. PEFINC's mission is “We give to help others.”
One of the ways we demonstrate our support for helping others is through our annual scholarship program. PEFINC provides a number of scholarships for eligible high school, undergraduate, and graduate students. Click the links below to apply for each scholarship.

Applicants are welcome to apply for more than one scholarship if they meet the required eligibility criteria.
Immediate family (child, step-child, grandchild, sibling, step-sibling, niece and/or nephew) or members of Psi Epsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® are not eligible to apply.

Selection Process
Applicants must:
- Be a high school senior or undergraduate student, having completed at least 15 hours of college credits
- Be a permanent resident of the state of Maryland
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.7
