Description
The Schenectady City School District Education Foundation is a non-profit organization that awards grants for district staff to enhance the education of district students. Grants are used to provide supplemental resources that align with district goals and initiative. Since its inception in 2006, the Foundation has awarded almost $500,000 in grants to supports the staff and students of Schenectady.
The mission of the SCSD Education Foundation is to provide funding for the enhancement of learning opportunities not otherwise available to the students in Schenectady City School District.

The process is only open to employees of the Schenectady City School District.
Your request should not be a project normally funded by School District resources. All durable goods and equipment become property of SCSD. If you leave the district they will go to the Dept. Chair/Coordinator.
