2025 Full STEAM Ahead Grant Application
Introduction
DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS: March 10, 2025
The Full STEAM Ahead grant, sponsored by the Flint Energies Foundation and Flint Energies, awards money to schools who have developed a creative project that energizes learning in the areas of science, technology, engineering, arts and/or mathematics.
The Full STEAM Ahead program distributes grants of $3,000 to PreK-12 public or private schools located in the Co-op’s 17-county service territory. The grants are not for professional development or Smart Board purchases.
All grant money for this program comes from unclaimed capital credits designated for education programs.
Flint Energies values education and understands that schools may have limited funding to pursue the projects needed to educate the young minds in our local communities. By embracing cooperative principle #5, Education, Training and Information, we are able to extend our resources to support STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) projects and initiatives.
