Collaboratory Reviewer Registration 2026
Introduction
To volunteer with Collaboratory as a scholarship reviewer, all you need is internet access, a computer or tablet, and completion of the registration form. Training is provided and includes a tutorial on how to use our review platform, along with tips and strategies from experienced reviewers on how to effectively evaluate scholarship applications.
Each Review Board Member is assigned between 12 and 18 applications and typically spends 8 to 10 hours reviewing them over a three-week period: January 27, 2026 – February 17, 2026.

New reviewers must first watch the Reviewer Information Video to learn more about the process: HERE
Step 2:
All NEW and RETURNING reviewers must complete the registration form to participate in this year’s scholarship review process as a Review Board Member.
To complete the reviewer registration form, click on the "Log in to Apply" button.
Please note: By completing the registration form, you confirm your participation in the scholarship review process and acknowledge that you will be assigned applications once the review period begins.
